The loud cheer Chancer got when he said “if you think United have better players than us, you don’t understand football”

BIG TIME
That was a real head in hands moment yet still got a standing ovation from the cap doffers and grovellers

The bizarre half time eulogy to the dead Thai king. No disrespect to the king but it shouldn’t be a part of a football match in Sheffield.

I was thinking earlier, imagine how the opposition team felt too before kick off….they shouldn’t have to be subjected to it (I can’t think of a better word)

It’s one of the most ridiculous reasons you’ll hopefully ever see.

Ps.  RIP

Hearing a group of teens singing about the local mosque at Birmingham away.

Hearing a group of lads slagging Reach off for 90 minutes Barnsley away in his second season.

Seeing Owls fans p@ssing in the carpark at the back of the stand Preston away August Bank hol.

Hearing someone try and start 'I'd rather be a p@@@ than a blade.'  in the pub before at Hillsbrough.

Seeing a young lad running up and down the stairs vs Brighton Play Off match shouting 'They're all fkin puffs'.

Some of the daft things people were wearing at the League Cup final like it was still the 1960s.

The creation of the nickname Fessi.

Carbone and Di Canio made to eat pizza after signing for us and it being a newspaper headline.

and one of my own personal faves.............. at a league cup match when Pleat was in charge (towards the end of his tenure), he came out of the technical area to be greeted by a shout from an Owls fan of 'siddarn Pleat, thy not ont fekking kerb na tha knows'.

My brother shouting to muzzy izzet “where’s your little foxy now” after he got challenged and was time wasting. I’m sure Izzet even looked up at the north stand with the impression on his face which said what sad ******** just shouted that. Or

myself the day after I went on karaoke “never felt more like singing the blues” in a bar in Gran Canaria, iv never lived that down.

Anyone remember the big fireworks display that SWFC organised one night?

You bought a ticket or an executive box to watch a massive fireworks display from the South Stand

Loads of tickets sold

Everyone properly excited!!

People turned up, showed their fireworks display ticket and walked into the South Stand

Everyone took their seat whether in the South Stand usual seats or in the Executive Boxes (VIP special deal!)

The time came

Everyone properly buzzing

Excited kids couldn't wait for it!

The excitement growing

South Stand BUZZING with people who couldn't wait for the big spectacular fireworks display

And then the fireworks display began!!!!!

And up shot the amazing rockets - shooting straight up into the air

ONLY FOR PEOPLE TO THEN REALISE THE SOUTH STAND HAS A ROOF - meaning the rockets went into the air and exploded but nobody could see them due to the roof being in the way

Now THAT... was a classic moment

Did you see the funny side though while you were there?

I honestly think despite buying a ticket I would have fell off my seat laughing at the absurdity of it 😂😂😂

The riot at Oldham in 1980.

Utterly embarrassing in just about every aspect. Curran was wound up good and proper by Stainrod... the Wednesday end was a pile of rocks and stones from the outset, providing ready-made ammunition to throw at the police who simply lined up neatly in a row in front of the Wednesday fans almost encouraging missiles to be thrown... Fans behaving like dangerous nutters... Sunday morning paper headlines in just about every paper.

Even Jack Charlton was beside himself with anger describing it as "the worst moment he'd ever known on a football pitch" after he came onto the pitch to plead for sanity in front of the Wednesday fans.

After careful consideration including my original entry. For me the most cringeworthy pathetic thing I’ve ever seen associated with supporting SWFC was the person who made the ‘Bentley’ comment to Howard Wilkinson. I wonder if that individual posts on here?
