So much for out of contract players playing for a new deal here or elsewhere. Clearly you can lack effort and commitment but still get a deal somewhere whilst the club your representing drops down a league without a fight.

The players have the buying power at this club

It's not the club deciding which players to keep, it's which players want to stay at this football club in the state it's in, being run the way it's run

He’ll thrive putting crosses into Moore at Cardiff or surrounded by better players at Watford. Be a top player in league next season with us left scratching our heads wondering why we rarely saw his best.

...scratching our heads, watching McCarthy take our left-winger, play him on the left-wing, provide delightful crosses from the left-wing, and be a roaring success on the left-wing.

If only we knew what the issue has been here.

Wrestled with his form last couple of years. Served us well though, despite being dícked about over his position. Should have sold him at his best. DC’s blunder. Now we lose him prime age for nowt. Can do nothing about it now. Can’t take his wages into league one, and he wouldn’t sign to play there.

Cardiff City and Watford are leading the chase to sign Sheffield Wednesday midfielder, Adam Reach, on a free transfer this summer

Ahh...the left winger we refuse to play on the left wing!!

Great left winger at this level, perhaps we should play him on the right

Might be alright for Cardiff as McCarthy can well drill one dimensional players into a functioning unit whereas he'd be a bit of a depressing signing for Watford

Good..can he go now?

So a player our fans think is a waste of space will move to a club recently in the premier and expected to contend for promotion next season. While we will be in Div 1. You couldn’t makethishitup

Reading took Joao.

Reach on free and half current salary may be worth a punt.

Yep, he will be a success at Cardiff under a good manager.

Can't see him fitting in with Mccarthy at Cardiff. He's too much of a fairy, Mccarthy likes players to have a strong attitude, get stuck in and put themselves about. The only thing reach has in his locker suited to big mick  Mccarthy is he's very rarely injured snd has ax good engine (when he applies himself).

Personally I think he's a bit timid and struggles I a team with some strong characters in it. He was a different player for us when bazza, Nando, Westwood and hutch were all on sicknote or ostracised.

Signed for 5 million and at one stage we could have got money back or profit.

Now its a free transfer.

Its the way we do business, you make destroying careers sound easy, its not you know, there's a fine art to it.

Not every club can fail to make any money at all on players they sign, when they move them on.

Bang average player.

Not quick enough or agile enough to be a winger and 100% the reason he's been played inside more often than not.

Not sure of the comments about when he's gone he'll be missed, i think it'll be the complete opposite, you'll realise what's actually out there.
So many exciting wingers in the leagues below i rather see here, someone who's positive to drive at a back line and attack them with pace.

Reach is a poor mans Chris Brunt and he cost us a few bob.

Just the handful of games left this season we're going to be seeing stuff like this on an almost hourly basis as the agents get into overdrive starting rumours.

For many the most exciting time of the season. For some reason though, I find it tiring.

Not exciting when your waiting for the inevitable,  and then worrying about next season.

Thought when played down left seems to be more than adequate to create and score a few? Same as a lot of our players will go on to do ok somewhere else ? Suffering from lack of confidence and being shunted about . Not the quickest and lacks bit bottle but will do well when he leaves the circus
