I was being kind, how would you describe Paterson?

Quick?

Athletic?

finisher?

striker?

target man?

rotund?

All that matters to us is points.

It doesn't matter if we kill the game, keep a clean sheet, have one shot on goal and then score.

Entertainment is an absolute irrelevance.

On a scale of 1 to a 100, it barely reaches 1.

Our objective is to see the points deduction out and stay in this league until we are free to spend again.

Bar Carlos' first season, we've played bob defensive football.

The only difference now is that we've got someone who knows how to profit by it.

It's Pulis' stock-in-trade.

Prediction for pulis' team (with flint injured)

Westwood

Iorfa Lees dunkley borner

Palmer pelupessy luongo bannan

Paterson Rhodes

I don't rate Pulis, but I think he's got more sense than to play a keeper who hasn't played or trained for 12 months and was on the decline prior to that.

True.

I know one thing, anyone he picks will be able to dish some shoe out.

Or Pulis will be dishing it out in the dressing room.

Entertainment is not an irrelevance in football

As long as it's till then end of the season then it could be a good move. Keep us up as an SOS move.

Do not want him staying beyond this season though. Need a long term appointment come the summer.

Pulis is definitely not for the long term here. I'm very much certain that he's just a smokescreen and the way to ensure we will retain our status in the Championship. Our first attempt of a rebuild fell on its face, someone else will be here to try it next summer.

If he gets the job it's a massive kick in the testicles for fans. We don't need a short term saviour as we are not cut adrift anymore. It's a fantastic opportunity to get fans back onside by appointing a manager to attempt to bring some joy in these terrible times. If Pulis got it I would feel totally deflated to be honest.
