It was because if we could sell a player it could help. We were talking with the EFL. A long, long time. It took too long and then they said we can’t do that or do this. Not sure what he means about not being able to affect something? He can affect the internal workings and structure of the club to provide the best platform for the manager and provide financial stability for the club. Outside of that i agree.
