@owlstalk
Chansiri back on the fans The criticism needs to be constructive. Sometimes when I say things and people don’t believe me, what’s the point for me to talk? Some hide behind names and when we invite them to forums etc they don’t come. Sometimes I don’t understand. If you have something negative with me then we can talk and I explain. 3 4 Owlstalk Shop

SallyCinnamon
Every season DC sets incredibly high standards for his managers and the players with a squad that isn’t good enough to reach those standards. Maybe this is putting pressure on the players? 1
marconi
We have a plan for the future. I have recruited a well known supporter from the Chesterfield area. He plans to sing We love you Wednesday before every game. We will get into the playoffs.

This is the thing, the chairman promised us entertaining attacking football. If this now is our new footballing philosophy, gawd help us Well I did warn everyone about Monks style of football when it was first muted he would be the manager. I'm with you on attacking football but sounds like DC is going down the pragmatism route. What I do like about Monk and it showed the other night and in other games when he have played well that we are more entertaining and effective when we press the opposition.

He said he was good enough. I gave him the chance. If he hadn’t come to see me then he wouldn’t have the chance to come here. He went to Newcastle because of us. If he didn’t come to Wednesday then he wouldn’t have gone to Newcastle. Because he came to see me, that’s why he got the job! That’s a fact and he cannot say anything to that. You can ask him. What the hell? This just gets better. 2

Popular Post TodwickOwl
Fair play to him, I think his broken English makes him sound arrogant and it comes across wrong. Ultimately he is our benefactor and has got some things wrong and is rectifying it - he’s pumped hundreds of millions in, we haven’t forced it of course, but I’m willing to judge his actions from here on Hes agreed to an interview and telling us a lot of stuff we already knew, and he’s getting slated. He’s said he’ll spend in Jan if we need to, I imagine he’s given Monk more time based on a points deduction being halved that he knew was coming and to let his team ‘gel’ - I suspect he would shift him out if it doesn’t get better by Xmas. There is literally nothing more we/he can do now - we’ve got the team, manager, backroom staff and a club that has no income coming in and he’s propping it up. The only change he can make is to fire Monk - I don’t see that happening now, yesterday has given him more time, maybe another 10 games. 17
@owlstalk
CHANSIRI ON FANS NOT BEING AT GAMES We can’t look too far. In this situation we can’t see what’s next. We don’t know what’s going to happen. If fans get used to not coming to games for maybe a year or two, then that may feel normal. Then when we ask them to come back, some may not as they may get used to watching games on iFollow. 1 1 Owlstalk Shop

@owlstalk
CHANSIRI ON RELEGATION I don’t think we will get relegated. But if we are, I need to accept that and move forward. If we do, we need to get promoted back. But of course we try our best not to get relegated. 2 Owlstalk Shop
