LOL NHL wants to restart and play in 4 NHL cities... rumblings that players are not wanting to be isolated from the wife and kids for up to 3 months... and teams that are already eliminated from the playoffs are not overly interested in restarting the league to play about 12 meaningless games.... MLS are still playing this one day by day... we are 2 games into a 34 games plus playoffs season... most MLS cities are banning crowds for the foreseeable future - Los Angeles (2021 at earliest), Toronto (late 2020) - here in Vancouver I am guessing that we will not be going to any MLS, CFL or NHL games for rest of this year.... Genuine question that the EPL may not have though of, will the ball be sanitised by the goal keeper each time he catches it, will it also be sanitise by any player that takes a throw in or corner, will the same happen when staff have to retrieve the ball if it goes out of bounds and when the referee brings the ball on. Or will all players also have to wear protective gloves as Corona lives on surfaces. Most of our attempts at goal end up with the ball in the crowd. We’re all doomed. They are not interested in player or fan safety because that doesn't boost the bank balance. As long as that money is coming in they put they are not interested in the players at risk.
