My team for Friday

Honestly any combination we put out doesn't matter.

The players have no confidence, they are gutless, they give up at 1-0 down and a lot of them simply aren't good enough or ready yet.

Club is rotten to the core.

That's the spirit...

Come Friday they will get my support as keenly and vociferously as they always do. We walked into this fixture last season with the same foreboding sense of doom. Against all odds we got a positive result.

Its football, we've been in worse situations, it will play out whatever way it plays out.

By the way, it's not clapping, it's accepting the situation and realising there's f##k all we can do about it apart from support the team.

Wildsmith (assuming Westwood is actually injured)

Baker                  Lees                 Thorniley               Penny

                                     Hector

Reach                                               Bannan (banned from being in the defensive line when we are in possession)

Onomah (assuming Forestieri is actually not fit)

                     Joao                     Fletcher

Think it’s harsh to drop Dawson for Wildsmith when Wildsmith cost more goals in the last U23 match than Dawson has all season.

Out of contract players not playing for the young un to get a chance, we keep this up next season the young un will be playing against charlton, Scunthorpe, Doncaster in the pub league very worrying times to be an owl.

A manager who 11 months in does not know how to win games, a chairman who does not have a clue full stop.

Yes, doing a John Lennon and giving youth a chance is fine if it's done gradually, whilst keeping the old guard onside.

What Jocelyn has done is prematurely bin the old guard off, alienating them in the process.

Now, when he needs them, he can't reinstate them.

Whether these youngsters will make the grade is debatable, but at present they're probably 3rd Tier standard.

I've yet to see FF's replacement.

The old guard are way better than what's coming through, so you play them while you have them.

See then Jos gets sacked, DC throws his toys and sells the club for a £1 to a local businessman

Let me see, a local businessman who is successful MMMMMMMM.

What about a local businessman who has businesses in Sheffield, Leeds and London, a multi millionaire, some one who is in the entertainment and run Foot ball clubs before.

Joking aside, we have had this conversation every time the natives get restless.

Where are these business men, Milan was looking to get rid of us for 2 years, even considered an East European mobster, just where are these LOCAL business men, these Blue Knights, if only we had a Mcabe as a fan, but sadly we don't.

If you can find this mysterious animal please let us know.

It doesn't matter which team we put out on here, it lacks a goal threat, 14 shots at goal show that we are making  chances, but not having anyone to put them away, some one like Billy the Pig, that increases the pressure on the defensive side of the game, we don't get owt to defend.

It does not matter which team he puts out it seem's to me that the players don't believe in the manager and his tactics. The constant  changes do nothing for the confidence of the players. If we don't keep the ball and pass it well and we keep giving the ball away the blunts will be on us in a flash. The blunts will attack us down the wing's and get plenty of balls into the box. It is a derby game so you never know what will happen. It's going to be squeaky bum time, but keep the faith, we could all be in for a good day. I will take a draw. UTO.

Sorry but Tom Lees has been awful this season, he has got to taken out of the team and rested,

Reach may have the ability to hit magnificent goals but his failure is he can’t tackle and next week will at times be brutal, sit him on the bench..

Keep Dawson,,

Finally if Hutchinson is fit he has to play, but any sign of him losing his head take him off and Jos no sitting on the touch line hiding away. Stand up at the side of the pitch we need to see you leading the team and the club.

United play quite a simple, but very effective brand of football. That's not having a dig btw. They play the channelled, get lots of balls in the box and pick the 2nd ball up.

Therefore, we won't be playing 4 at the back, and we won't be playing Baker and Penney at fullback, neither of whom are good enough for that position, at this level.

I'd play 5 at the back, launch it at every opportunity and attempt to waste 83 minutes. To do this, Id bring Westwood back in, who is World and European Champion at time wasting.

Bottom line is, we are tripe, and absolutely there for the taking.

Well now I deffo can’t wait for Friday lol
