So Jos might be working towards his preferred 4231 formation, with the signings of Nelom as LB and Pelupessy as DM. He was outstanding for 20 mins, you couldn’t get much better from a Championship wingback...CC so this was too attacking as Reach was either flying past their full back or delivering quality crosses into the box so quickly reverted back to putting the ineffective FF out wide and shifting Reach.
