Mrmason69
Look at Rhodes scoring history. He needs ball to feet not in the air. He won't go and fetch it. When he was scoring he was a pure ten yards player in the mould of Dennis Law. Givens wednesdaya lack of a proper midfield and Wallaces propensity to aimlessly whack it in and the fact the Reach is out of position, it's highly unlikely that Rhodes will get the ball to feet. It's not Wednesday style. I've no idea why CC signed Rhodes as he clearly doesn't fit into wednesdays limited style. It's as if CC signs players without a thought of how they will fit in. Rhodes looks very poor up front when he plays but that could be simply because he's being playing in the wrong team. Then again he just may be washed up. Given The way wednesday that play it's highly unlikely that we'll find out until we start playing football again. And that is also highly unlikely to happen under the current manager

Ash77
Agree about wallace, lucky to start ahead of matias who can't even make bench yet again. No proper wingers in 11 or even on bench a massive promble with cc which is costing us, tho we should still scrape a win tonight

Will be same style...but hopefully the lads with a point to prove will give us that bit of edge Still like to see the big man involved though. Yeah it's no different. Just a variation on a theme. But I hope Rhodes grabs a few.

Don't think he's been helped coming off bench by often been put up on his Toddington
Fuzzy logics
Think I was being overoptimistic expecting some 'blue sky thinking' from Carlos tonight.... That team should still be good enough for 3pts if they perform. UTO
S36 OWL
Good to see Rhodes playing, He needs a run of games . Play to his strengths and we have the best striker in the championship in our team.
deano
At least its 11 players in the postions they know. Two wingers, two strikers that thrive on balls into the box and two in central midfield who can pick a pass.

mcmigo
On the team, agree with the change to the defence. That looks much better. I don't think rhodes and hooper is the right combo but let's see confident of a clean sheet tonight Edited October 31, 2017 by mcmigo

NorfolkNChance
Wallace has some compromising photos of CC I’m absolutely sure of it. That said, I don’t think Matias is the answer either. He had a chance last game of season and decided to give himself an early bath, must have been tired after playing 40 mins.
