The"Yorkshire evening post" and the "Yorkshire post" are not the same thing. The evening post, historically and currently covers the city of Leeds and surrounding area and as a consequence features articles to keep the "peacocks "fans happy. The " Yorkshire post" on the other hand has a much wider readership and at least attempts to give fair coverage to all teams in our great county. Look upon the evening post as the "Leeds star" and you won't go far wrong! Thanks for correcting my misunderstanding. Still, you can see that hilarious arrogance. BingleyOwl
Leeds and Wednesday are both EFL clubs that haven't done anything for years. Neither club are power houses of world football and neither will ever be! I'm 26 and can only remember Leeds struggling in the Prem, as I can Wednesday. We're just old fashioned Aston Villa's in my eyes.
Mountain Owl
Hate evetything about Leeds, its inbred since 1968 when one of my mates aged fifteen got absolutely pumelled just for wearing and blue and white scarf. Horrible club.
owls maniac
Always feel conflicted as Leeds is a very good night out. However I can never totally get past the fact it's home to that fanny of a football club.

It's 30 miles up the road and therefore one of the cheapest away days of the year regardless of ticket price. Also I've been to Bellend Road 4 times and never had any bother. SwintOwl
Dont think therell be a problem of the tickets selling out. Its a bit more of a match for us this year and its nearer to the business end of the season.

Mr Mercury
58 minutes ago, charmer said: Have to disagree about the Yorkshire media being biased. The Yorkshire post is always impartial and gives a lot of coverage towards both sheffield clubs. Perhaps years ago the television media was a bit biased but as they were both biased in leeds so leeds biased news was always easier to report on. I went to leeds last week and it is years ahead of sheffield. Nothing wrong with disagreeing, all about opinions however even if you type YORKSHIRE POST into Google, it comes up with usual sections - News, Sport etc... then a heading about Leeds United / Leeds United Football News - hardly unbiased ! George
L**ds is the City that came together to give Jimmy Saville a faux state funeral. And all this testicles about them being a bigger club; if that's the case why do we always get higher attendances when in comparrible league positions? Even the year they won the league they got less than us in 3rd and they're now getting less than us in third than we are in seventh. They're tin-pot, living on the hot air of their own delusions.
