Sentiment doesn't win games or make you more successful. Same with samedo great asset at the time, but to improve you need to keep upgrading on what you have. We've a far more Competitive squad this season just gone, and yet looked less cohesive. We all look at talent as the markers, and rightly so, but a collection of the right sort of charachters is just as important. But Football must be only profession in the world where people think you are justified getting paid £5k per week if you are not good enough just because you are a good bloke.
