striker Posted July 7, 2021 Share Posted July 7, 2021 It's pre season, so not getting carried away. Initial thoughts... First 10 minutes was men against boys, problem is that after 10 minutes the men are knackered and can't run, so drop back into their own half blowing out their arse. Need a new GK urgently, neither good enough. More energy and some pace on show from a few of the kids, can't play them all together, but a few can be blended with the senior players. A couple of Celtic players worth asking about, Moffat who scored their second goal and Scott Bain their GK who came on and looked in control of his area, good with his feet and made a good save. Difficult to judge when we played the entire game without a striker on the pitch.
