I was a bit concerned when our assistant manager, talking after the Forest game, said “ I think that the importance of the game got to the players “ There’s still players in our team who didn’t “ turn up” in the playoff final and the following seasons semifinal.... someone has to try to get those bottlers to realise the importance of Saturdays game and put a shift in. Of course we need to win but then so do both Rovrum & Derby to guarantee safety and we start in the lowest position. Will be a very nervy afternoon ! Smith seems like he doesn’t really want the gig and he seems out of his depth, seeing him just stood there against Forest looking like a rabbit in the headlights was hardly inspiring.
