How will it be possible to attend the remaining home games for the 2019/20 season “when possible” ? Or for that matter the 20/21 season?

If any are played with fans attending you will be able to attend if its possible. If not, you wont. If they are not played at all you will get your money back or transfer to a match of your choice.Very similar to situation at theatre.

A sporting fixture and a theatre show are not the same at all. You can attend the same theatre show this week, next month or possibly even 10 years time. The 2019/20 football season is finished, over, never coming back...attendance is impossibility as it is for 2020/21.

Manager "You don't figure in my plans. You can leave the club and go further your career"

Chairman "Don't listen to hm - you're going nowhere"

Manager "But I've said I don't want him and told him to go"

Chairman "Nahhh.... he's staying"

Player "But I want to leave"

Chairman "Don't listen to this manager, the next manager might want you. You're staying"

Unreal

It wouldn't be unreal if the owner was going to sack the manager imminently.

But Chansiri gave support to Jos long after the players mentioned, including Jones, had been put to one side.

Back the manager and thank the players and move them on or get rid of the manager and see if the new guy wants to make use of the players but don't sit somewhere in between and keep a manager who isn't getting results while also keeping a bunch of expensive players that the manager doesn't want.

We don’t need a chairman who’s heart is in the right place, we need a chairman who’s head is in the right place.

Like Dave Allen? That went well

David Jones has revealed Dejphon Chansiri blocked him from leaving Sheffield Wednesday despite being frozen out by Jos Luhukay.

The ex-Owls midfielder was one of four senior players that were ostracised from the first-team squad by the Dutchman, along with Keiren Westwood, Sam Hutchinson and George Boyd.

Luhukay informed Jones in pre-season that he was free to leave the club, however, after talks with Chansiri, it was clear that the Wednesday owner still regarded Jones as an asset to the club.

"There was interest and offers on the table where I could have left for other Championship clubs," Jones said.

"I had conversations with the chairman, my relationship with him was good. I think his heart is in the right place with everything he does. He's a good guy, in his opinion, he's looking after Sheffield Wednesday's best interest. It was difficult for me to get out because his thought on me didn't align with the manager's view.

"His words to me were that I was a professional that was always fit and, for example, football can change very quickly and if the manager was to part, you never know how long managers will last, the next man might want me.

The offers on the table, if Wednesday wanted a fee or wage issues, I was certainly prepared to take a pay cut and I put that on the table a number of times.

"I wanted to play football, although I'd have loved if the manager had said 'you can stay and fight for your place' but. after the conversation I'd had, and I was training with the 23s.

"You feel, as a professional at 34, I didn't want to get to the end of my contract and not be playing games. It's held me back in the last 18 months."

what a load of you know what . david jones was on 30k a week on an incredible 3 year deal he was garbage and no club out there would offer him 20% of what he was on here. id have driven to any club he wanted to offload his wages ,

So would I, but unfortunately, that’s of no relevance here

Obviously, as you've nailed your colours to the mast with Chansiri. I agree with a lot of it, but Morganowl made a very important point, that you just dismissed as you've made your mind up.

There's so many unknowns. It would be great if a reporter could have asked Jones: So how much were you on? Which clubs came in for you? How much of a pay cut would you have taken to leave?

No - I just chose to believe what the player is saying over some bloke on the internet who hasnt' been close to the situation

I dont' know why Jones would just make the story up and lie

Re Chansiri I'd not say I've nailed my colours to the mast, but I would happily change my opinion of the impact he's had if he changed his ways and made a positive one

Nobody has yet come up with any reason to believe in this chairman or to make me believe he's running the club in any way that could be successful

But that's one person, out of 3: What about Chansiri and Jos's side? Also, the one random bloke on the internet made a perfectly decent point.
