Popular Post @owlstalk
That's four clean sheets on the bounce now (five if you include the Leicester pre-season friendly) Immaculate defending from the lads, Van Aken defending solidly too who has looked class since coming back, and some class saves from Cameron Dawson today Well done Garry Monk - saw the issue last season, pulled new faces in, a new coaching team, and worked on the defence and it's paying off 23 3 1 1 Owlstalk Shop

prowl
We looked reasonably solid against a good attack today. Van Aken is doing really well, I'm impressed with him so far. Another cracking cross from Palmer towards the end.
Mr Farrell
If we can bring a goalscorer in, the play offs are in the bag. 2

gazzamk2
We'd be 3rd tonight if not for the points deduction. Top work by the whole team, keep it up!!!!

The Night-Owl
Well done, we look more solid defensively as a team. The midfield improvement as helped I feel, at both ends of the pitch. We still need more goals in the team but we have to be delighted with the start so far. It gives us something to build on and hopefully we can continue to work hard as a team. Edited September 19, 2020 by The Night-Owl

jonnyowl
Another step in the right direction. Just need to add quality in the wingback roles and upfront.
Past Member
Anyone else worried that Dawson doesn't have the ability/technique to put the ball behind or wide after a save. Couple of half decent saves, expected to make, where the ball ends up right in the danger zone. Either catch it or push it wide.
Guest wilyfox
Westwood-lovers frustrated as yet another clean sheet silences their calls for his return.
edwinowl
Ok. Well done chaps. Has a feel of the old lady waking from a slumber. Watford will be up there make no mistake. That’s a good result.

Leading in the MOM thread so can't be that bad, after all OT is never wrong.
