Gary Monk needing a win after 4 games without one and the team sliding down the table into midtable and beyond.

Will he keep the team the same with the ones that could seem to hit a stationary barn down, or does he do something different and actual pick some players with passion, pride and a goal or two in them. After a great start to the season, this season is once again turning into a none starter, helped not just by those on the field, but by those other at the club continuing to show how not to run a football club.

Give the fans what they want play some attacking players who score goals and lets try and win the game not prevent them from scoring.

Dawson, Fox, Borner, Iorfa, Odabajo, Harris, Bannan, Luongo, Murphy, Fletcher, Forestieri.

No Lees as he needs to force his way past the best defensive two we have, no Reach as this season he has been poor, no Hutch as his standards have not been good enough, No Nuihu as we want to score a goal this side of Christmas, No Lee as he need more game time outside of the first team to get up to speed,

But importantly and something we have been so very very bad at all season lets have some options on the bench, playing 1 up front most of the season with 3 strikers on the bench is pointless. We need a keeper, 2 defenders, 2 midfielders, 2 attacking options.

Prediction with Fessi in the starting 11 - 3-1 Owls win, prediction without Fessi in starting 11 - 2-1 loss.

What a snowflake  !

Tom Lees has to start and continue to do so .

Iorfa and Bonner are excellent players but we need experience in there .

I wouldn't mind building the team around  a   Iorfa Lees Borner   back 3

If its in Monks thoughts who knows .

Dawson

Iorfa

Lees

Borner

Fox

Hutch

Luongo

Bannan

Harris

Fletcher

Reach

Played well using 433 last game even if performances haven’t been great. Would like to see us at least in games swap the wingers around, becomes a bit predictable when constantly cutting back.

How about something a tiny little bit different:

..........................Dawson.........................

.Obubajo......Iorfa........Börner.........Fox..

.Reach..Hutchinson....Bannan....Murphy

................Fletcher.......Harris...................

Birmingham are good in the air but susceptible to pace. How about trying Harris further forward to play on the last shoulder and link up with Fletcher? The 4-4-2 has looked alright when we've tried it, but Nuhiu and Fletcher lack any pace to get in behind.

Then can bring Forestieri off the bench if this isn't working.

It's a funny situation when you're not sure whether we need the three points to chase down a play-off position or to avoid a relegation scrap. Wednesday 2-1.

The way the league is, its both, and it could be like that all season. Got a feeling top 2 and bottom 1 or 2 will be sorted fairly early leaving an almighty scrap in the middle. All much of a muchness this year, a few wins and you're up there, lose a few and you can drop. As we've shown last 4 or 5 games.

Have a feeling he will start Pessy tonight :-(

I can't think of any reason to start him before other options. Hope your feeling is wrong, I don't mind him as back up for Hutch but that's about it, decent squad player.
