SHEFFIELD UNITED vs SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY - OMDT

Recommended Posts

Come on lads. Let have the snorters.

When the storm is over, we won’t remember how we made it through, how we managed to survive. Won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When we're out of the storm, we won’t be the same people who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about.

COME ON WEDNESDAY!

Coverage so far is so hilariously one-sided it actually beggars belief. I mean they're not wrong about our defensive form, but they're talking about Wednesday like Jos crimped off a length in their coffee machine earlier.

At this rate they'll be switching to War of the Monster Trucks if we're not 3-0 down at half time.

Thankfully united play the ball to feet this season. Why is this good for us?

We are wide open down the flanks for the ball over the top. And then theres Tom Lees who is giving at least a goal away every game. He gave at least two away against Norwich.

And tonight we have Hector as a sweeper. Do any of the team actually know how to use the sweeper system?

Our players aren't brilliant but they aren't any worse (apart from one notable exception) than any other team in a league of low quality.

Anyway I feel sorry for our players because it's obvious that they haven't a clue where they are supposed to be playing. This is a major problem.

Every game brings a different formation. And yet when we had our best run and started to look better we played a stable 442 or 4411. So what did Jerry the mouse do, he completely scrapped that stability and we can see the result.

I just find it hard to believe that a manager can't see what is going on. This is why I'm convinced the his strings are getting pulled by the owner.

If we play a stable formation tonight we can beat united. Their manager is a bottler. Last season he bottled it and in games this season against Derby etc he bottled it again.

We need to exploit their managers weaknesses. By doing that we exploit their teams weaknesses..

In midfield they have Norwood who is a truly superb player. We can't compete with him. In defence they have Egan who is destined for great things. We have a frgule defence that hasn't a clue how to defend.

We need to take a chance tonight. We need to stop Dawsons silly passing out of goal. Reach will have three in him which leaves holes elsewhere for us to exploit.

Sadly reach is our only focus of attack.

If unites get an early goal the floodgates may open. So let's go for it. Take a chance. Our lineup is ultra defensive. Pelapussy is hopeless. Bannan will get booked and a clever team will try and get him sent off. It's not difficult to get bannan sent off.

Tonight we could lose win or draw. If the manager plays silly games with formations then we'll probably lose.
