Correct me if I'm wrong but chansiri said something about some good news about the embargo??.  Just waiting for it to be finalized??.   Now a week later and nothing.   I'm assuming we didn't strike a deal with the EFL then?

My god you have to patient as a wednesdayite! I've noticed, especially the last couple of seasons that we aren't quick at giving any info to the fans.

This one about positive news coming soon , I wonder, maybe it's just a bit of spin from Chansiri.

The process of cloning Jermaine Johnson and Jeremy Helan has hit some unexpected complications

The system (using attribute values based on Football Manager) isn't accepting values greater than 5 for Finishing, Crossing, Tackling, Anticipation, Passing and Composure

But at least 20 is included for pace, which is what matters the most.

Hopefully this will all be resolved within 2 weeks.

The only way I can see us getting out of this mess is some outside investment and DC selling shares in the company

Has he got a trick up his sleeve? We heard rumours last week about positive news with financial investment?

That wouldn't help our current situation.  Only revenue via outgoing transfers, ticket sales, commercial activities etc or reduced expenditure, wages etc can be used to reduce the FFP/P&S deficit.

Great..the embargo ends..suppose it gives us the chance to spunk sum more money up the wall..

Exactly, we would end up with Lee cattermole on a four year deal on 60k a week. Please some promising youngsters on loan. Sprinkle in some of our academy and experience and we may still have something.

Good news would be, investment sufficient to lift the transfer embargo Probably only temporary relief, unless of course, we really do achieve promotion Realistically, our hopes of promotion surely don’t depend on 2 or 3 Premier League youngsters?

It would be ridiculous to expect that, but if finally, they address areas where we are lacking, at least the side will be better balanced If Jos can get his act together, so we can bring them into the right framework, we might after all, have a good season

Why is everybody so desperate for signings?? Just who do you think we will be signing?..it’s bizzare this clamour for new signings :carlos:

Because we are desperate for improvements in defence. Bit of pace and power in midfield would be nice also.

But our recent signings/loan deals have been rubbish.....stick with the u23s players....our scouts/advisors to chansiri are useless
