Maybe a pre-season friendly against Hertha Berlin and a trip for the faithful - Berlin is a cracking short trip holiday went there a few years a go and loved it. We were really in the wild, no electricity, no toilet, no bed, no mobile phone or internet. If you are hungry, take your rod and get a fish. If you are thirsty, go to the lake and put your bottle in. Fitness will be key, with some work on team shape, expect each and every player to know their own and their colleagues team roles inside out with some games against competitive opposition to fine tune. Yes they need to work and yes they need good standard opposition , but we also need a jolly and a bit of comaraderie with the players .
