That game against Wycombe when we won promotion was such a great day and it’s brilliant to see supporters celebrating with players on the pitch. Not really passion though is it? Especially the ones who wait 10 minutes or so, then run onto the pitch when they realise no other supporters have been arrested yet.... Yeah, look at me - I'm stood on grass, top of the world Mama, Top of the World.

Carlisle last minute winner - passion in the stands amongst fans Pitch invasions - mostly a load of backward part timers
Samurai Blue
To be fair, the stewards have done a great job of stopping Abdi getting on the pitch.

BECKS-TO-BUD
Genuinely??? So nobody ran onto the pitch before stewards? Why do you think they put stewards in the ground? Answers on a postcard.

Mrmason69
Who would want to run onto the pitch after a season like this. I'd expect most people (who aren't drunk) to run away from Hillsborough.

Then again the price for running on the pitch is a lifetime ban so I was pretty bloody tempted in November and December before Carlos was vanquished...

Sonny
If it wasn’t for the stewards I would immediately run on to the pitch at the start of each game. Upon kick off we lock horns like two stags and maintain this for 90 minutes plus injury time in a state of equal yet opposite pressure. Why do you ask. Geedee
End if season it should be controlled but allowed get the players off the pitch let the fans have a run round its an enjoyable thing to do, then get them off the pitch and let the players walk round waving. Trying to stop it just causes unnecessary problems.
