Common sense, protecting his players, looking to the future, promising promotion, saying they are going to perform etc The players owe him a big performance, not just on Wednesday night but till the end of the season. Use this as the catalyst and turn the negative into a positive.

There's a difference in being passionate to a bunch of reporters in a press conference and passing on that passion to players on match days We'll have to wait and see what kind of performance we get tomorrow night

Certainly seems like Carlos is going for siege mentality approach. Next two games are going to be very telling.
SiJ
Tbf I'd get annoyed with Andy Giddings every time I saw him. Wednesday could beat Barcelona 8-0 and Giddings would irritate me. From his stupid face to his stupid voice. Bloke sounds like he's got a permanently blocked nose.
DesWalker
It's all well and good gobbing off to Giddings in a press conference, the proof will be tomorrow night and Sunday.
Dagmeister
I love the fact that Carlos is wound up. I hope that the players are equally so. I hope that the anger throttles the life out of the insipid fayre that's been consistently served up since the Hull submission. Another beginning hopefully. Beauchief Owl
Carlos has 'talked the talk' but his team had now better 'walk the walk' or it will have been in vain.

The seige mentality approach is exactly the way to go, close rank and come out fighting. Fergie, Mourihno have been doing this for years. Now's the time for the players to step up. sMacLean
He's definitely had every bit of slack available to him now.Must go out and play from the 1st minute in every game to get the fans back. We all want to see Carlos lifting a trophy next year and be looking for Wednesday vs Man Utd in the Prem fixtures. Just not sure he won't slip back to his old ways.He is mimicking his last job at Besiktas currently where he scraped some wins but fell well off the pace then fell out with his sides biggest name and most creative player.Left stating sometimes a side needs fresh henergy. Hopefully he's realised it was going the same way and we'll roar up the league now.Has my full support one last time.
