Their operations (scouting, academy) were stripped to the bone under Cellino. They've made poo signings because they have no network. Monk's Swansea contacts have been the main pull of anything good. One of our neighbours is Spanish and supports Villarreal, main rivals are Valencia but whenever I see him he's always going on about how much he hates Leeds.
