They are but it doesn't necessarily mean that translates to the club, if they are not funding them properly then the club will struggle. Mel Morris at Derby is worth 500m+ yet put Derby into administration, the guy at Reading is loaded but not spending on the club and the Venkys are worth a fortune at Blackburn but the club still struggles.
