If you had an option to move into a state of the art stadium or stay at Hillsborough, what would you choose? I wouldn't want a flat pack stadium, there's so much history built into our old stadiums and it's sad to see so many have made way for the flat packs instead of upgrading what they have or had. Be so sad if we moved away, there's not just the clubs history involved here, it's personal, my own history is part and parcel of Hillsborough. Maybe unbolt it and move it to higher ground? Hillsborough should be in the same class as Villa Park is now, but we are 20 years of redevelopment and Premier League money behind Villa on that front.. If we are ever in a position where we can do either, I think it would be deemed more realistic (and possibly cheaper) to move. I’m a firm believer that Chansiri probably has some plans tucked away somewhere from when we were pushing for promotion in 2016/17.
