Quite a low cost gamble for a premiership outfit, has a great cross , can score the odd worldly

Never injured

Heart of a pea though and not what you want in a battle.

I don't disagree but he absolutely carried the team when Jos was here. Basically kept us up that season.

Yes. He has pace and a trick. Minimum requirement for the Prem in his position is pace and athleticism. Imagine Reach having to track and compete with Alexander-Arnold, Walker, Reece James, Coufal etc.

Imagine Billy Sharp and David McGoldrick competing with ........ They managed it for a season.

Guest Mcguigan

Norwich setting their sights on another relegation and pocketing the cash. The manager will be off.

Reach is nowhere near a PL footballer.

What’s your point? Sharp has scored goals wherever he’s played. McGoldrick has 14 international caps and is significantly better than any current Wednesday forward including Reach.

Think he’ll be an ok squad player for them.

He played a lot better for us in other seasons, can’t help but think not getting paid influenced gue and others’ performances

He's a confidence player apparently, won't do his confidence much good sitting on the bench.

Forest fans called him David McGoaldrought. Patterson and Palmer have international caps ffs, it's not exactly a measure of quality.

So you honestly believe Reach is a better player than McGoldrick?  Hypothetical  I know, but if you could’ve swapped McGoldrick for Reach in last January’s transfer window you’d have said, “No thanks, I’ll keep Reach”

Tough one this as to who to trust on this.

1.   Daniel farke, who has battered everyone in the championship for 2 of the last 3 seasons, or

2.  a couple of bitter owlstalk posters .

reach was dreadful for us last season, but given he probably spent most of the season on the phone to amigo loans he can probably be forgiven .

Won’t suit the opinion of some who have suggested he’s not good enough but it’s not taken long to be proven wrong. A player who is versatile, good age with the ability to create and score goals on a free. He will have plenty of offers.

However, just like Petter Rudi before him, I wish he’d taken more responsibility to change games here in a poor season as he had the ability to do that.
