0114 Posted November 1, 2020 Share Posted November 1, 2020 I’d love to know how Beattie and Hughes feel about the system. They’ve come in after Monk used this system. Monks always been a 433, 442, 4231 man. He’s become so stubborn on the formation that the only way we have changed is when one of those defenders has been sent off. I think if Monk goes, we’d ask Beattie to take the team, and then Beattie would make probably make changes if he never liked it anyway. I think similar happened when Bullen took over from Carlos who was struggling. I does make you think - why not say this at the time !
