Oh yes good point. Seems like a big if to me though - they are running out of time
Ellis Rimmer
Brighton seal United's relegation and the title in the way of City. Huge win.
TheBoyBeevers
No way are they making up 11+ points on Burnley and Brighton between now and the end of the season. Newcastle are the only ones that are catchable you’d think, they are wretched but probably still only need to scratch out a few wins and a couple of draws to seal the bottom 3’s fates.

Newcastle were fantastic at Everton last Saturday and should have got something from 2 home games against Leeds and Palace. I can see them beating Southampton on Saturday. I can't see pigs getting anything from next 2 games against Chelsea and then West Ham, blunts at work were confident they can catch Brighton before tonight's game. Hirstys Salopettes
But but but ‘we’re alive and kicking, yer know, giving it a right good go, yer know, playing with identity, yer know, doing whats best for this football club, yer know, missing the fans more than anybody else, yer know‘ ... Ha ha ha ... lovely result for the foooking tramps with the added humbling of the bin dippers 1
Popular Post Pablo Bonvin
I’d assumed Brighton would have lost tonight, but thought I’d just have a quick look at the score before I tuck myself in for the night. And that result has put a smile on my face before I go to sleep. Poor Grunters. They win, but then an hour later, so do we, then Brighton drop them even further in the sheeite 24 hours later. Their week utterly ruined. Marvellous. 1

Plonk
If Burnley and Newcastle win on Saturday, puts them both on 25 points, with Brighton on 24. Surely that’s it for them.
Plonk
Looks like old McSue, is trying to put one over on them. Flats across the back of the bonsai Kop.
The only way is S6
If Burnley beat Brighton at the weekend, there's only Newcastle within eleven points of safety. Eleven. And here's me thinking our 3 points to Derby & Brum is difficult. They need 4 wins more than others. Lovely.
SiJ
I'm staggered at the complete lack of pelters they've had for been utter sh*t. Swear it is because Wilder is a *young* English coach. Can you imagine the ridicule if a foreign manager had been on such a miserable run?
SiJ
We are still alive!!!! We are still fighting!!! You beat West ******** Brom who are absolutely useless. Miracles can happen, but still.

Miracles can happen, but still. The problem is they're building a bit of momentum and confidence and that's one of the reasons they've been succesful the last few years. They scraped past 2 third division sides, beat 10 man Newcastle, a shocking West Brom side and had a bit of luck to beat Man U but the fact is they've started winning again. Need them to start another losing run and get knocked out of the cup.

darra
I'm sure if they'd had a similar season to the last one Wilder would be being touted for the England job.
