The Boro fans hated him, some saying he instigated the most boring football they had ever seen. If Wednesday go for Pulis, I'll just be thankful that I didn't purchase a season ticket. Boro fans seem to whinge themselves silly about just about everyone who has ever managed them. They even whined about Jack Charlton. They're basically inbred flaps who should be disregarded. I’d rather have Pulis than Coleman, Zola or some random Portuguese manager who’d new to the English game. As far as potential managers go he’s somewhere in the middle of the list for me. We're not exactly fighting 'em off with a brown stick. At present are we a better bet than, say, Stoke, Durby and bonny 'Boro? Because Pulis and Rowett have managed those clubs.
