Crazy innit why can't we racially abuse people anymore??  Every time I go past an over tanned person I just wanna scream out at them.  But the spoilsport PC brigade stop me.

That's not what I said and you know it....

Tell you what I'll make it simpler for you....

What's worse a flying drop kick or calling someone nasty names ??

Have a look at my earlier response to Snooty. Unless you're just on a wind up ?

:ghoulguy:

I’ll look in a bit but imo most of what he’s accused of etc barring Norwich incident is either misquoted out of context or outright b0ll ocks etc etc ...you get my drift. Time and time again his fellow pros and managers have spoken out how highly they regard him and has also been praised on occasions for his help and support with the youngsters as a role model

Context is a worthy tool, but we are not talking about isolated incidents.

His discipline is much improved, but will that stop him attracting attention from refs ?

The purple patch you refer is pie in the sky.  For me he is yesterday's man.

Pie in the sky?

Possibly.

But then the same might have been said of Westwood, Hutchinson et tal. Until last week.

If Forestieri goes, he goes.

If he stays a new manager might give him the footballing breath of life.

It can happen.

A flying drop kick is physically worse I agree.

Calling someone "nasty names"?   Strange that originally it was "racially aggregated harassment"?  Changing terms halfway through the debate is a little weird.

Unfortunately I have agree. Always liked watching him play but also think he's a spent force for us, but would love to be proved wrong.

The pie in the sky could relate to mentions of £8 - £10M in the transfer market.

IMHO lucky if we get a fraction of that IF he is moved on.

He’s in danger of putting his who’s career in jeopardy as it is an offence on its own failing to turn up to court and is punishable by a custodial sentence of up to 3monts.

As a non British citizen he might even lose the right to remain because he now has a criminal conviction.

EU citizen. Very unlikely to be deported.

You must be extremely, extremely, extremely, bright - if you consider me to be thick.

And, I say that without arrogance and in all sincerity.

But, that’s the internet for you.

As my wife is head of warrant arrests at syp  I love it

To be clear, assuming he had been reported on summons to attend court, this is a letter sent in the post.

I would be very surprised if he was aware of his hearing and failed to attend, knowing the circus which would subsequently follow.

Further, his fail to attend will not cause him any particular issues in itself save the inconvenience of potentially been arrested, and time spent in custody pending court been in session.

He will be aware of the situation now, I'm sure he will have been advised to surrender and police will allow him to attend at the local cop shop at an agreed time.

Is that supposed to impress me?

If status actually impressed me (it doesn’t) - so what?

Are you reflecting in her glory - albeit, limited.

Maybe it’s time to cash in on Forestieri, if anyone’s daft enough to pay silly money for him. Rarely fit, when he is, he doesn’t contribute anything like he’s capable of yet a new manager could get more out of him - that’s the dilemma.
