darra
Are incidents looked at retrospectively in the Championship because if they are he should be worried. Straight red all day long Iwelumo called it on C5

31Dec1966
As usual we got nothing from the ref. It was a clear red card.
ANDY
Different angle. Connor McGregor would love a move like this.
torryowl
, knee high ,studs showing , no where near the ball ........how can it not be a red
aussieowl87
Was the ball on the floor? If so, why was his foot up that high? Because it was intentional. Too much common sense, I know.
ANDY
Unfortunately common sense isn't a flower that grows in everyones garden.
RoyCroppersHair
I didn't think it was that bad a challenge at the match, but seeing that he could've quite easily got a red

OwlofOliveGrove
Disgusting challenge. Stone wall red. As obvious as the Britos red card for Watford. ...but the officials were miles off the pace all match so no surprise that there was no punishment. Mental to me that there's no option of retrospective action.

JackSWFC
Foot high, studs showing, both feet off the ground and not even looking at the point of contact. And so late! Not sure what more he could have done to get a red card if he tried.
33
Looking at the first video I thought it looked unintentional and unlucky to some degree but reckless nonetheless and at least a booking. That second video tho' Jeez wtf he had all day to pull out of the challenges and looks like he went thro' KW. Ref in great position too. Should have walked. Bluesteel
Didn't like how Sordell pretended to give a throw afterwards. It's the kind of sly and calculated tackle that Ian Wright used to make. Take the keeper out and get the young lad in. He should be punished and would be in the premier league but not at this level. He stamps out after the ball has clearly gone. Need to see if from a different angle to see what the refs aspect was Have the say the external damage to KW's knee is nothing to scream about - cannpt tell what may have happened internally though From where I was sat it seemed that the ref didn't see it but the linesman was looking straight at it and should have flagged. He is the more guilty party in this instance, but overall the officials were all shocking. Edit- Just saw the other clip and see the ref had a great view of the incident. Perfect argument for video refs.Would've taken seconds to review and give a red Edited August 27, 2017 by darra
