how can Carlos be to blame for this , he didn't put the bust up out there a fan did , the rumour spread and Carlos was questioned on it

Carlos was right to leave ff out for what happened but maybe Winnall isn't going down so well

Just read an article about Forestieri being left out is an accumulation of things. Argument is that this is not an isolated incident and that's why he was dropped. On phone so can't post it.

Still think this incident could easily have been brought on by CC's terrible handling of FF's 'request' and subsequent move to a striking role. Put yourself in Winnall's place - frustrated with lack of game-time up front then sees FF put up front by CC.

Possible, but players of his game changing ability are rare.

We tend to get one at S6 once a decade if we are lucky.

I'm not prepared to right him off quite yet. We have enough average overpaid players.

fair enough.

It was actually a tackle by Sam

Yes this is what I heard too - he was clattered by Sam and reacted to it

The club statement on Saturday morning said that it was Fernandos tackle and that Sam said "steady on" and a few other choice words.

@Saxondale reckon we'll see FF play for us again?

Or are his days numbered?

Well he will probably have to wait for the black eye to go first.

But whether he plays for us again I care not. He is probably our most skillful player but that does not mean he is our best. On his day he is brilliant but these days get ever further apart and in between you get all the baggage causing upset in the club.

At the moment very much a liability rather than an asset.

“He will soon be back in the 18 when we understand that it is the correct time.”

That can be interpreted as indefinitely
