We need to stumble across a new formation, because what has gone on since August hasn't worked. In reality it will be Fletcher up front, Hooper and Rhodes behind and Jones dropping to make a back 5 as and when required. Credit where credit is due. Carlos has shown some balls. Got to admire the bravery but its hard to see how it will work in practice unless we just plan on going long to fletcher, or a 343 with jones slipping into the back three and hunt and reach as wingbacks would still prefer to out and out wingers feeding the strikers, though that would be easier if the likes of matias and buckley were ever fit enough to play.
