Plenty of permutations and possibilities and a manager not afraid to make changes when he sees a game needs something different.....the BFR school of football...am beginning to not get excited but I am confident we will be a real pain in the @rse for quite a few teams..UTO...get the flip in... We are securing the financial security of this club for many years to come. This Its not always about experience. A young squad will develop together and form an understanding over a period of time. As long as they full fill they're potential and we can keep hold of them a stabilised team will stand in good stead if we reach the premiership. It's not really about shafting anybody. You need options. Antonio, Mayor, JJ and Pecnik gives us plenty to go on. It's a little unfortunate for Mike Jones as I think he's done well in pre-season, but realistically he wasn't going to be good enough and his future clearly lies elsewhere. Just a striker and possibly a new face in midfield and a centre half and we will have a squad which should be able to hold it's own this season.
