Chris_B_SWFC
As a season ticket holder, I know M. Morrison played a few games for us last season but I can't remember anything about him! I suppose thats a sign that he won't be missed too badly. Edited July 8, 2011 by Chris_B_SWFC
striker
Good luck Michael. Didn't work out for him and pretty ambivalent about him leaving TBH. I hope we are getting a fee for him although at least his wage can be used on other areas of the squad.

Came with a lt of weight on his shoulders, 19 year old Cambridge captain, Leicester city regular for a couple of years. Then here he has been strangely poor. Wish him well but I hope he doesnt help charming too much.
Lincowl
He looked very average at rightback and offered nothing going forward. Irvine made out he demanded to be centreback though and he was never RB again, looked hopeless in his supposed best positiion. Think it will be a mixture of his poor form, attitude and face not fitting for Megson's plans. Most annoying of all is the wasted transfer window that brought Morrison in and cost us £1.3m and a 25% wage budget increase means Megson is forced into wheeling and dealing so much now. Stevie Wonder could see Irvine needed to be sacked before January. Ah well...
theowlsman
As I've stated before, those who seem to know Reynolds' game better than us, say he's not a bad player, and that left back is not his position. Then again, I remind myself that playing talent does appear somewhat limited in the SPL apart from at Celtic and Rangers. Guess we'll be able to judge the accuracy of my 2nd sentence should The Heff finish top scorer in the SPL.

Dan™
I thought he was very Buxton-esque. He was a defender at heart, but looked comfortable on the ball in a way that defenders outside the top teams rarely are. Often too comfortable for his own good at times, by messing around with it too much on the edge of our area and coming close to conceding posession sloppily. I could certainly see the spark of what was a good quality footballer in him, but he did make plenty of poor decisions in his shortish time on the field. At the time I put it down to him being thrust into a new club with a shocking team already underperforming and fighting against relegation in a league the fans were expecting to get promotion from, but who knows why he could't fit straight in. To be honest, the more I think about it the more I don't really want him to go to one of our rivals. I'd have been delighted if they'd bought Spurr (sorry Doncaster), but with Morrison I do sense there's a good player in him. You can't lose the quality he had at Leicester over night, surely? As always though, I trust in Megson's decisions. I just hope he's right and I'm completely and utterly wrong.

In the first half of the season he seemed to be brilliant (for me). Let's hope he recaptures it. Anyone can score in Scotland .... apart from Jeffers. wednesdaywizard
Good for all concerned I'd say. Hope that Reynolds manages to work his way in to the team to avoid it being 2 defensive deals not working out.
sonofbert2
I'm still not entirely sure what went wrong there. He can't have turned awful overnight and the rest of the defence was pretty shocking, so I wonder if he had an attitude Megson didn't approve of? Reynolds? Well, he just looked lost, but I'm one of the ones thinking he should get time. Pre-season, fresh start, no matchday pressure - relegation threat, panicked/annoyed fans etc, just get back to doing what he does and hopefully impressing megson. I reckon it's this. Remember when GM first came in he basically asked the players to show that they wanted to be part of what he (and MM) were going to do here. I don't think he gave GM the impression he was arsed. vulture_squadron
We now have 4 left footed centre halves and no right footed ones. Is this a problem?
Owl.1867
Following the way we've seen him back out of challeneges with midgets, I'd tell Madine to smash him hard in a challenge early on against them, he'll then be on the back foot all match. He came with a reputation but he was awful, good riddance.
Guest londonowl1
Excellent news!!! First time i saw him at the orient away match i could see he wasn't guna be any good. Really pleased Megson is getting our club back to a professional outfit after years of embarrassment. Potter, teale, Hinds, Spurr, Heffernan, Morrison, Miller....all shown the door!! Only 2 players left now who i dont have time for. GREAT NEWS

Dan™
We now have 4 left footed centre halves and no right footed ones. Is this a problem? Lots of teams play with two right footed centre backs, so I doubt it. But anyway, Morrison's departure probably opens the door for Batth's re-arrival, he wasn't left footed as well was he? Plonk
Who does that leave that was signed by irvine that is likely to be in the starting 11 v rochdale? Can only think of Madine which is quite amazing in less than 6 months
