the_vinyl_frontier
MM said the same to Radio Leicester the day before sacking Sousa.

Dan™
I'm disappointed, but I'm sure Mandaric has a good reason for his decision. I just hope we get the official vote of confidence on the OS today as well, as that basically guarantees he'll be gone within a couple of weeks
BRUCE LEE
Brilliant...... stick Tuesday night up your sphincter. The thought of watching Sedgwick and O'Connor crawl through another 90 minutes is too much. FOOOOOK OFF IRVINE
The Baron
Tuesday could be interesting if we go behind!
stompingowl
As suuporters we must chant for Irvine to go throughout the Yeovil game. We obviously need to crank up the pressure on this total loser and leave Milan in doubt he needs to get rid NOW.
frastheowl
Milan, expect two of the lowest successive attendances that Hillsborough will have seen for a long, long time. I cannot ever remember a fan base been so against a manager, and united against his sacking. Too extremely unattractive fixtures to follow, will see two extremely low attendances. If Milan keeps blindly backing Irvine, it's going to really start hitting his pocket. I'm surprised at MM's decision...after all he openly said, if a manager wasn't performing to his expectations, he'll be gone. Has Milan's expectations changed from promotion challengers to mid table nobodies within a month and half?!
Guest Sheff Owl
I do have to wonder what it will take to get rid of him? I mean MM said he want's promotion so.... Can we get automatic still? We are currently 12th and looking like going down the table. At the minute the play offs are looking iffy for us...with the squad and wages we have is the play offs REALLY good enough? Irvine is awful, he has been nothing but a disaster since he has been here.
mattitheowl
I can just see it now: Paul Walker: "So Milan what is the situation with Alan Irvine" Milan Mandaric: "Well Paul you have seen how poo poo we have been for the majority of this season, I have seen how bad it has been since I came so I think I am going to sack him, but I will wait a couple of days before I tell him." Just not bothered...

owls maniac
Irvine knows the heat is well and truly on now. It's only a matter of time. Personally I think he will be gone after the Posh game.
Mike Oxlong
Like he would say anything else to the media? Irvine has been told to get promotion this year, and at tge moment that isnt going to happen. Hes clearly under pressure to get a result on tuesday. owls maniac
We will be lucky to get over 15,000 for sure tomorrow. The poor results and low away support will knock the crowd down substantially.

Plonk
Just cant believe MM is satisfied with this tbh. But being the business man he is Im confident he will already be lining up a replacement. Which will be a bloody first at this club!
owls maniac
I trust Milan. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he is already lining someone up. Irvine will be gone sooner rather than later.
