Popular Post Craig60
There's rightly a sense of euphoria after that performance. We've been amazing under Röhl and thoroughly deserve to stay up on late season form but things can still go against us from here. Wins for Plymouth and Birmingham in home games and a loss for us at Sunderland, and despite a magnificent effort, it's League One again. Time to keep a lid on it. 25 3

Can we just celebrate today, tonight and worry about your (very valid and not entirely unrealistic) scenario, tomorrow?! 6 2

Popular Post lukeyswfc
Röhl will keep them in check. Its not over no. But what a day. 1 point to go. Who would have thought it? Not in my wildest dreams would I have thought after Stoke that Brum would only pick up 2 points, Hudders 1 and us 6 with 6 goals. Unbelievable stuff. 9

Willie Henderson
Ok, we're not mathematically safe by any stretch, but it would have to be some unholy state of affairs if we went down now. I'm now going to drink too much and enjoy the rest of my day. 8
UDMURT
It would be shocking to lose it from here but as you say very possible. To put it in even more perspective, despite our goal differance being awful, technically Blackburn fans are still concerned and could go down. They go to Leicester, and wins for all three brum, owls and plymouth (reaching there) would see them down by as little as a goal. The championship is pure madness

thewookieisdown
On the very lightly traded Betfair market, we are about a one in eight chance to go down, and that feels about right.... certainly no less likely than that.
deano
Just play with the same commitment as we have been recently, don't play for a draw and we should be OK.
Daniele Giovanni
That numpty Xisco might get all the credit for getting a vital point v Leeds which might keep us up
CircleSeven
I know we aren’t safe but what an amazing last couple of games to get us where we are! I’m just going to enjoy it for now and worry about next week when it happens.

We need Hull to win tonight or else that could mean a lot of changes for Norwich next week. My gut feeling is Plymouth will be the ones to drop. Popular Post Sunland Steve
A point at our place next Saturday, will see you mathematically safe. (I really hope you get the point you need, at the very least) It's in your own hands, and for Wednesday to reach the point where you now have every chance of staying up, is incredible, given how poor you were, and how your situation looked so utterly hopeless, earlier in the season. Imho, Danny Röhl, should be a shoe in, for Championship manager of the season. Best of luck to The Wednesday next Saturday, though I have a feeling favourable results from elsewhere, will be sufficient to keep you up, no matter what the outcome at the SOL turns out to be. 8 1

Davidioso
As has been mentioned. If Hull beat Ipswich tonight both and Norwich Hull will have to win next week to have a chance of a playoff spot. Perfect scenario, such a perfect day.... Edited April 27 by Davidioso Typo
Jim
It isn’t but this scenario looked a long long way away not that long ago so to go into that last game not just with a chance of staying up but our destiny being in our own hands is fair play to Röhl, his coaching staff and the players.
