SiJ
Who knows, perhaps people will stop describing him as the second coming of Pep Guardiola now. A decent lower league manager who seems to have been found out. Once his fancy 3-5-2 formation gets worked out, he doesn't appear to have much left in the tank. That and he seems incapable of motivating better quality players. Edited October 3, 2022 by SiJ

He was brilliant for United at this level and the championship. First season in the Premier was pretty good too. It seems like as soon as he had cash to spend he buckled. Didn’t realise Wilder played more games for Rotherham than anyone else in his career… feel like he’d have been a perfect fit. Shame 1

His stock is probably still high enough to get another decent job I wouldn't say he was harshly sacked, spent nigh on £100m to gain the accolade of the worst start to a season in 132 years of football history. 3
Skyline
Alan Knill didn't join him this time, did he? Most say Knill was the mastermind, Wilder just the motivator.

TrickyTrev
I remember when you’d get Ched scrubbers phoning up football heaven saying the FA would be after him for the England job. Embarrassing.
