The best thing I take away from this is that somebody at last seems to be looking into the future and not waiting for the future to creep up and slap you around the face. We seem to have stumbled upon a proper manager. The law of averages says we had to at some point.

if we’re signing players on three year deals 

 

and they become key players negotiations need to start at the middle or end of year two 

before doubts kick in 

 

it’s difficult on two year deals but still I take that as a rolling 1 year deal with the last year being the end year 

 

sign them up For two years and then keep signing them for another two years at the end of year 1 like we’ve just done with Hutchinson 

 

it’s signing security,
