Agree he should keep his side of the bargain, was only a pity that the players didn't.

Player Blaming is so weak mate

People have moved on from trying that one

Nice try though

Tell ya boss you gave it a good go to try and divert from his actions and responsibilities

The only way we will be able to sort this is if the players accept deferred payments.  Probably spread over a number of years.

Why?

Chansiri is LOADED

its only the EFL stopping him doing SPENDAGEDDON on this club according to him and his little gang of sycophants that tell us none of this is his fault

Even he’s admitted everything is his fault. I can’t understand why people are still trying to defend him.

We owe all the released players one months severance as is standard practise.  So that’s June’s wage x2 for them all.

The wage bill might drop but I don’t see how that changes a thing? Unless we plan on entering next season with about 10 players?

Is that even the case if the player signs for another club by the 1st July?

Rhodes will be on Huddersfield’s payroll come 1st July

For real?  They put in 20% effort, didn't give a thought for the fans. And your still defending them?

They should play for the fans once they step on the pitch, attempt to win every viable ball. Run themselves into the ground if need be. Not play for ten minutes a game.

They let the fans down big time.  Especially when they had the ability to do so much better.

We would “only” be responsible for the difference between his new deal and what he was on with us.

Paying our players what they are owed is simply that

Paying the players what they are owed

If/When the chairman does that it should receive no praise, celebration or his fans telling us how he’s saved the day

Why?

Because he will simply paying someone what they’re owed

Completely agree with you. However I can’t understand how you are saying positive things are happening. Even once he’s paid the players I have no confidence it won’t happen again or worse.

Fully agree with you

But Channers will sort this pay issue this week, put season tickets on sale and make a couple of announcements

Not saying it’s ‘positive’ really - more that’s just what will happen if that makes sense

Guest Grandad

The players, poor squad that it was, won enough points to keep us up. Miraculous.

It was the Chairmans points deduction that got us relegated
