Agreed

He’s coughed up millions for the benefit of others

But he still keeps his advisors on, and the same recruitment system etc so......

He's been too loyal with people that have not delivered  - massive error

The next interview ( i hope) is the big one!!!

Do you accept the club have made mistakes with recruitment since Wembley?

It depends what you mean by mistakes.

You can only recruit who the manager wishes to recruit.

Then (also Chansiri..)

“The voice of the manager is the loudest and he has the final say on which players he wishes to recruit. This is then presented to me and as chairman I will make the final decision”

Confusing to say the least

I think he is being both diplomatic and woolly at the same time - he has already chucked CC under the bus with regards to transfers once and he has already said that he as made mistakes. So this answer carries on ticking those boxes

what do you hope is in it?

and what are you expecting?

I hope that the big topic left is off field activities like ticket pricing, season tickets (10 year etc) match day environment

I'd like to know his thinking/explanation on these kind of matters

This is his domain  - the team affairs are another thing he can't comment too much on

It sounds like he has to many advisors.

One tells him one thing one tells him another and he agrees to both which will probably conflict each other.

He needs to scale it down a little, if he's insistent with the paxo fella, then cut alot of the others.

Stick a scout on each continent, appoint a CEO and DOF and go with that.

Let the manager manage.

To be fair he could argue, based on his past comments, that he’s not sold players out of fear of being accused of profiting for his own gain.

As for signings it sounds like it’s the same practice as most clubs. However, blaming the manager solely for their failure is absolutely bizarre.

Last week: "He needs more football-expert people to advise him"

Chansiri: "We have continuously expanded our team of football experts"

Now: "He has too many people advising him"

Worrying that he doesn’t see that recruitment has been poor and doesn’t think it needs to change. He also seems very loyal to Paxo which is a concern.

Some fans have accepted this happily and are happy with everything said in the interview including the role of Paixao

If the best our "expanded team of football experts" can come up with is Da Cruz, Windass and Winall we've got problems.

Fair play to Dom for asking him some decent questions so far. Hope the next questions involve ticket prices and also why we are paying top prices but not seeing a high quality of player like he suggested in his questionnaire.

It’s one things asking decent questions via email and getting the answers on em

Its a whole new ball game asking decent questions, getting replies and being able to challenge the answers

Hence why other journalists aren’t invited to the party

I'm going to take some time now to prepare something proper.

But.

I will disprove a lot of what he says in P2.
