Basically their confidence is shot, and that's why they're dropping such clangers.

Nervousness is infectious, and soon spreads throughout the team.

The cause of this loss of confidence is Jos' attempts to bring a "continental" style to our defending, a style which few - if any - at this level are capable of playing.

And to make matters worse, the defence is the weakest part of the team.

If there's any club in this division which shouldn't have tried to play that way, it's us.

There's probably something in that, but it seems odd that we did so well (in the circumstances) under his guidance last season and were on a great run of form against some difficult sides prior to the last international break. The squad didn't seem short of confidence then, but as individual errors have started to spread throughout the team, the only time we've been able to stem the tide was by shutting up shop against United.

Hopefully the manager can get us back on track very soon, otherwise the writing is on the wall.

Could be worse... You could be a local Norwich city journo who has to keep repeating their goalscorers today.

Teemu pukki

Marco stiepermann

Buendia Emi

Mike Van Der hornn.

Good local lads.

That's the million dollar question.

Unfortunately for Luhukay, he's inherited a basketcase of a squad with very little scope for changing things.

With some of our better attackers now returning from injury, hopefully he can get us back to the kind of form we were showing before the previous international break and our attackers can take some of the pressure back off our defenders.

If not, then the outcome is inevitable, I'm afraid. Whether things would then improve remains to be seen...

To be honest, I don't think he'd have a clue with a fully fit squad.

We weren’t particularly convincing in those early season games, for the most part  though

I don't think it's about good managers and bad ones, but rather right ones and wrong ones.

Jos was always going to be a gamble.

In another environment, with a different balance of players in a different footballing environment, he may well be a very good manager.

But he's just not right for us at this time.

Jokanovic wouldn't be right either, not now anyway.

Sadly, old Mick would have been.

Jos wasn't a gamble. He was cheap and a puppet.
