We have direction, the players know their roles, the intensity is there and we are looking to win, rather than just not lose. The big name players in Banna, Fletcher and Lees are leading well and you can see the youngsters are responding to this. We look like a team tonight. This is difference for me, last week Bannan a few times through arms in air and shook head standing still as Brentford countered. This week he’s clapping, high fiving and encouraging!
