We're 2nd bottom of form table over the last 2 games We haven't scored in the last 4 We have the majority of our first team out with long-term injuries ... We need to start scoring goals and winning games soon. Ferguson did it with his ageing players and it worked well. Big Sam also can eak out the best of an aging player. The best managers adapt. Constant change and turbulence isnt helpful.
