How long exactly were we out of the playoff positions? Blink and you'd have missed it. I think there's every need for all these 'I told you so threads'. The level of vitriol against CC was completely & totally unjustified bearing in mind the position we were in. Anyone who dared even take a moderate "Wait until the end of the season to judge" stance was labelled a 'Happy Clapper'. All the extreme critics have been proved wrong (regardless of the final outcome) and i reckon they should be accountable, even if it just makes them count to ten before spouting the same garbage next time. He alluded to the teams stuttering form, and gave his reasons why it was happening. He also said that the last International break, would allow the team to regroup and he promised a much better showing from that point. It wasn't just the results, it was the performances.
