With the joys of hindsight a bit of a refresh to the playing staff may not gone amiss. Now we've got all the nonsense with Nando (again) casting a shadow over things. Spending, rejuvenating and progressing. I find it concerning that our starting eleven against QPR was pretty much the failed play off final team. torryowl Posted October 30, 2017 Share Posted October 30, 2017 after having the transfer policy explained at the steering meeting I'm down to 1 ........it's not that taking the decision away from the coach is a problem coz it can work as is proved all over the world by far bigger clubs than ours it's more the fact we don't know who picks the players we can sign and going on his record so far and the scattergun approach he uses I don't see it getting any better .chuck in the signing of 2 players just to please the fans then I think it's fair to say we are fecked . 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
