Even allowing for good recruitment, issues regarding the appt. of Xisco, ticket prices, inadvisable rants, financial issues and previous relegations have to be taken into account. Nevertheless DC did provide a decent budget for DM at L1 level. Present score 3.5. With good recruitment over the next ten days I would upgrade this mark to maybe 4.5.
