1 million for me and get him gone.

don’t see why you should get a million out of it.

We haven't even got the best out of him tbh.

If we had a forward who holds the ball up, he'd find himself in alot more advance positions.

When he plays, it's almost like we're a counter attacking team but our midfield doesn't have the athletic ability to play that game.

Even if we do sell I’m guessing the money will be used to pay players off that have already left. It will just help this problem and won’t help us improve the squad for next season.

That is the dilemma. We’re down to a dozen senior pros with experience. If that number drops into single figures, we’ll have big problems on the pitch. Windass’ fee would be consumed, and we’d still be embargoed.

if we aint going to be spending many years in the lower leagues we need to keep windass etc ,the squad is so thin at the min we would do well to be mid table , lose windass and 1-2 more then it be a struggle to even stop up next season . the u23s aint good enough

Tend to agree.

Another week gone, no news other than season tickets on sale for a brief period. Just what exactly are people buying tickets to watch?

It's shaping up to be another waste of a season. Lots to do before pre season starts in 10 days. We had a monumental recruitment job on before we started letting players leave.

If we're relying on player sales to fund running costs we're finished before we have to worry about the squad.

As we have been so successful with player sales over the past 5 b

years

It's not just that tho..

Selling players to trade successfully and selling them to pay immediate costs are worlds apart.

You're right we haven't been good at it but the stakes now are high.
