Popular Post Emilianenko
What a difference having a good keeper makes. Commanding and organising. Doing a mans job. 28 1 1
Popular Post McRightSide
Still a top keeper at this level it seems Cant help but think we’d have lost that with fumbly Joe or calamity Cam sending out jitterbugs for that last 35 minutes 13 1
FreshOwl
Was saying to my old man. Just simply huge He would have been my MOM behind Shaw. Not because of any real stand out saves (although he had a few), but more his marshalling, positioning and beautiful shithouse slowing the clock down Even ventured outside the box to take a goal kick. Our other 2 keepers wouldn’t dream of that
Kendo Nagasaki
Just posted the same in the MOM thread. Coming out and catching crosses takes all the pressure off the defence, helps get us upfield and back in shape. Long may it continue UTO
McRightSide
I’d forgotten how nice it was just to have a keeper that kicks the ball within the white lines
beswetherick
Since coming back in to the team: P5* W2 D2 L1 (ok, he went off after 15 mins in the Swansea game, still kept a clean sheet though)
S72 Owl
Our defence always looks more organised when Westwood plays. It’s a massive thing to have your goal keeper organising everything.
s6 owl
He's class and apart from an erratic couple of months he always has been.
McRightSide
Tonight was Westwood’s 4th clean sheet since returning to the side
Otley Owl
Has this happened before? Did we drop the best keeper we've had for years, play the younger lads, give them loads of crap, then reinstate the senior keeper, playing a massive part in an upturn of form? How the eff did we get this so wrong? 3 times? 3. Times? 1

s5owl
Just knowing when he kicks the ball with either foot we are not going to be put under pressure straight away.
