I expect this will be a misleading story.

Does seem that way but it’s not the kind of story that can be misconstrued. And surely one players potential grievance wouldn’t be enough to run the story.

such a shame that in this new world of most normal people losing 20% of their wages that footballers are missing money.

Maybe they couldn't fit all the thousands into their pockets

I often think in this day and age, what with social media, the press are under pressure to break stories first before it gets around Twitter, Facebook, Owlstalk, they must yearn for the good old days.😀

Chansiri' s probably still waiting for the bank to deposit the funds from his Bounce Back Loan application.

If he is with Barclays then that would be no surprise ! #speaksfrompersonalexperience.

Good to see you back posting - you went quiet on us in the Dressing Room

Based on what?

The fact it's some players. The story could be taken to mean also that the club can't afford to pay them. It seems more plausible they can but aren't. Basically it's a big nothing burger of a story, more of a HR issue.

I know this is where fans discuss topics but the negativity on here where Wednesday are automatically assumed to be in the wrong is beyond belief.  We are currently going through the most extraordinary times and still the club has ensured the back room staff have all received full pay. Chansiri was applauded fir doing the right thing then. It doesn’t fit that the club would then play awkward with the players at a particularly difficult period for them.

Why not wait for a club statement and then comment
