It's happened to me a few times as an employee (Not overly concerned) and once as a small employer when BACS failed. Not much trust in a small employer compared to a Football club so collected £42k in wages and risked all manner of things in my head on the short journey from Broomhill to Walkley ! Further Nightmare was packaging it all into wage packets. This was done largely because these wages were the life blood of families, the wages of 50+ employees who's monthly pay didn't even equate to one weeks pay of a professional footballer !
